Biography: Michelle is an experienced genetic counselor in industry, genomic medicine, prenatal, cancer, pediatric, adult, and metabolic genetics in both the United States and the United Kingdom. She is actively involved in the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) as a contributing member to many special interest groups (SIGs), multi-state licensure committee, and was a previous co-chair of the NSGC ethics committee and the CTD SIG. She has a special interest in I.D.E.A. (inclusion, diversity, equity, access) initiatives and skeletal dysplasia. She was part of the Little People of America (LPA) medical advisory board from 2006-2017.
